The Salazars were previously renting a two-bedroom, 30-square meter condo unit also in Pasig City. But with their growing child, the couple had opted to invest in a more suitably-spaced home that they can call their own.

For Alwin, who works at a business process outsourcing company located along Tiendesitas, going home to Levina Place will easily give him comfort after a long day. “I grew up in Antipolo, Rizal where there are a lot of trees,” he shared. “I personally like it here because there are gardens and, being a midrise development, it’s not crowded. The units are not so close to each other.
