To reserve a unit, you need the 2 valid ID’s, Reservation fee, Client Registration Form, TIN, Reservation Agreement Form.
Reservation fee is P20,000/unit and P10,000/parking lot.
Yes, if you are a local client, you can have the unit held for one (1) day. If you are overseas, you can have the unit held for three (3) days. During your holding period, no one can reserve the unit other than you. Units have a maximum of 2 holds and after the hold lapses, it’s going to be open to all with no option for holding 1 day. You can hold maximum of 2 units. If you wish to avail of a hold, you should fill out the Client Registration Form.

Almost all of the Condominiums of DMCI Homes are the same. They have this Garden Atrium in every 6 floors in the middle of the building, which is I think one of the Best Features of all of their projects.
