To reserve a unit, you need the 2 valid ID’s, Reservation fee, Client Registration Form, TIN, Reservation Agreement Form.

Reservation fee is P20,000/unit and P10,000/parking lot.

Yes, if you are a local client, you can have the unit held for one (1) day. If you are overseas, you can have the unit held for three (3) days. During your holding period, no one can reserve the unit other than you. Units have a maximum of 2 holds and after the hold lapses, it’s going to be open to all with no option for holding 1 day. You can hold maximum of 2 units. If you wish to avail of a hold, you should fill out the Client Registration Form.

The 2% PDC discount can be availed provided complete documents, signed contracts, and minimum required Philippine post-dated checks are submitted within thirty (30) days from reservation date.

The Association Dues are an assessment of the community’s regular operational expenses based on the operating budget and projected expenditures for the year.

Payment of association dues automatically starts from the day your unit has been accepted or deemed accepted.

After completing the minimum down payment you will be tasked to inspect the unit, settle the turnover fees. This process would take at most a month.

Yes, foreigner can purchase a condominium unit, but not in House and Lot, unless the buyer is legally married to a Filipino.

Depends on the project. Most of our condo communities allow small, domesticated pets.

Yes. Your unit is backed by two (2) years warranty on workmanship from the day your unit has been accepted or deemed accepted. Please take note that certain warranties may be voided by alterations.
